Do you offer a welcome discount?
Yes! Get a special welcome discount when you sign up for our newsletter and join the Rem Blair community. Apply the code at checkout to redeem. Discount applies to full price Rem Blair products only.
What currency is used online?
Our pricing is displayed and charged in USD.
Do I have to pay duties/taxes if I’m located outside the U.S.?
No — your checkout total is the final price you’ll pay (duties and taxes included).
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if you contact us immediately after placing the order. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is in processing.
What do I do if I'm missing an item?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@remblair.com and we’ll assist you.
After I place my order, when will it be shipped?
Please allow 24 hours processing before items are shipped. All orders are shipped from Rem Blair's warehouse in Utah, USA during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST). Please note, our warehouse is closed on weekends and US public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day.
How long does it take to hear back from customer support?
We aim to respond to all customer support emails and Shopify messages within 24 hours Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST. Please note that response times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Domestic Returns
Sometimes it doesn't work out. Orders may be returned for a refund, or store credit, or exchange if lodged within 14 business days of delivery date. All items must be unworn, with liners and tags still intact. Due to the sensitive nature of swimwear, underwear must be worn when trying on item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers. Items returned for refund will be subject to $8 restocking fee.

- Select the items you want to return or exchange and choose the reason for your return
- Determine which return outcome you’d like
- Securely pack item(s). If available, please use original packaging.
- Attach your return label to the package and drop it off within 14 days of delivery date to your nearest USPS location.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
International Returns
We do accept returns for international purchases on almost all products if the items are unworn, undamaged, and within the 14 day window of delivery for returns. The customer will be responsible for shipping back the items. We currently do not provide return shipping labels for international orders. Once inspected, we will refund the order. Please make sure your item is not marked "final sale". If you are unsure, please reach out.
How long do returns take to process?
Once received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. We’ll notify you via email once your return is accepted.
What if I received a faulty item?
If your item appears faulty, submit it through our returns portal with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will follow up with options.
What is the return cost?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer Redo as an option for unlimited return and exchange shipping.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days (standard) or 4-5 business days (express). International orders generally take 6-12 business days. Weather permitting.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! All international orders are dispatched with reliable carriers. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed after your order is dispatched. If you don’t see them, contact hello@remblair.com and we’ll help.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping applies to domestic orders over a set amount.
Where is my item?
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, we aren’t responsible for lost parcels, but we’ll help as much as possible with tracking.
