Refund policy

 

Domestic Returns
Sometimes it doesn't work out. Orders may be returned for a refund, or store credit, or exchange if lodged within 14 business days of delivery date. All items must be unworn, with liners and tags still intact. Due to the sensitive nature of swimwear, underwear must be worn when trying on item. Items returned for refund will be subject to $8 restocking fee.

  1. Visit our return portal or reach out to us at hello@remblair.com
  2. Enter your order number and email address. 
  3. Select the items you want to return or exchange and choose the reason for your return
  4. Determine which return outcome you’d like
  5. Securely pack item(s). If available, please use original packaging.
  6. Attach your return label to the package and drop it off within 14 days of delivery date to your nearest USPS location. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

International Returns
We do accept returns for international purchases on almost all products if the items are unworn, undamaged, and within the 14 day window of delivery for returns. The customer will be responsible for shipping back the items. We currently do not provide return shipping labels for international orders. Once inspected, we will refund the order. Please make sure your item is not marked "final sale". If you are unsure, please reach out.
